CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
English language is very important in elementary level. Because it make the cildren in elementary level to know abaut language in the word specially english language. The children in elementary level must love this languge, because it will be stock in their future. Therefore, we must carry on to make children in elementary level to study it and make English languge be fun until they are happy with English. If they are happy, they can study English languge and they will be excellent in English.
In this period, English was needed in all sector. English is one languge to comunicate with another person in the world because English language is languge of world.So, they must study it.
English in elementary level, many things about language of English will be studied. Exemple about numbers. Study about numbers is needed in elementary level because it is the base in learn languge English. In the social life, someone usually mention numbers in some situations. If children study it , children will be easy to communicate with another person with English language. So, teacher must carry on student to able in the English languge. Anh teacher must choose strategi to make children be easy to study English. The student will can study something when The student feel happy and feel to need to study English. So, teacher must make student feel it. As we know principle of study if someone will study if this knowladge can make person know about benifit of the knowladge[1]. Because of it, we make this working paper.
1.2 Problem Formulation
Understanding to teach English in elementary level and good strategi to teach it.
1.3 Purpose
Knowing and understanding about teach English in elementary level specially in “numbers”
2.1 Teach English Language in Elementary Level
Before teachers teach English Language, teacher must know about inner competencies inspiring teacher. It will make teacher can teach better than before. Teacher must know[2]:
a. Philosophy of study
Study is actif activity to know knowladge (K.Indonesian). If we want to get of best of something than we order to anither person to study it, so it is impossible. Because if we want to get best of some thing, we need a study.
b. Know reality of teach
· Create a condusif area
This is a short story about Socrates, inhaabitant ever ask to Socrates about what do Socrates to teach students. Than he answers that actually he don’t do anything in her class. He only make a condusif area in the her class.
· Give a paragon
Many person say,”Guru kencing berdiri, murid kencing berlari”. That make me imagine that teacher is a sentral in the class, because all of the work of teacher can be paragon for studens.
With the other word, the meaning of teach is do to give paragon.
· Outstanding performance
In the firs time to meet, Outstanding performances is important, because teacher is someone to give informations.
· Say thanks for in a sense.
If we says thanks, actually we are investing to their loyality about us.
c. Know principle of study
· Study if ready
Orang akan belajar jika dirinya siap, that is sentece of principe of study.
· Study if we feel to know
a. Make the acquaintance of students
b. Children go to school as a question mark and pas examination as point mark (Neil Postman- Profesor from Univercity of New York). In the class we must make the acquaintance of students because it make students can fun with us.
Not only inner competencies inspiring teacher, teacher also must know about outer competencies inspiring teaching[3].There are:
a. Prepare material of teach
· Make a material which fun and interest
· Make part to lesson easy
a. Convey information
b. Adaptation with class
c. Manage groups

In Al-Quran An Naml says that Suaiman can manage grup, so they can manage correct conduct.
Taufik Tea (Trainer in EM-EL-CE Master Learning Center) says,” Selama ini, guru kurang memaksimalkan mekanisme kelompok sebagai sarana belajar efektif. Mereka hanya memfokuskan diri pada pengajaran individual saja. Akibatnya secara individu kebanyakan siswa berhasil mencapai tingka kemandirian tertentu, namun tidak dibarengi dengan kemampuan bekerja secara tim. Hal iniah yang menjadi persoalan kelas. Words ot Taufik Tea is true. We need another persons to do something. So, we can do cooperative and make feel in the class fun.
In the this topic, the teacher must evaluate their activity specially in group. Some success of the teacher not only when teacher can make studends become success but also how teacher can make sudents have feeling of teamship in the circle of students.
We must need improving every teach
“Dan jika kamu mengadakan perbaikan dan memelihara diri (dari kecurangan), maka sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang” (An Nisaa’:129)
Change of 1% per day, this is sentens of Taufik Tea. Every teach we need a improving to make students can know information that we give.

Numbers in the English language are divided into two ordinary numbers (cardinal numbers) and the numbers rise (ordinal numbers).

2.3 Strategy to teach English
Teachers must make students be fun to study English, because it make students become love with English. We must students be fighting and happy so English will be easy. We also need the best strategy to teach English.The strategy are
· Game
Game make studends become fun. There are:
- Card Game about numbers
This game make student to remember about numbers.
- Play memory number Game
This game make student to do cooperative with another student to able finish the game. The game is translating from Bahasa Indonesia to English.
· Sing a Song about numbers
Song make students remember about numbers.

CLOSING
3.1 Conclusions
· Not only inner competencies inspiring teacher, teacher also must know about outer competencies inspiring teaching
· inner competencies inspiring teacher,
- know Philosophy of study
- Know reality of teach
- Know principle of study
· Outer competencies inspiring teaching is skill to manage resours to teach in the class
· Teachers must make students be fun to study English, because it make students become love with English
· We also need the best strategy to teach English (game and sing a song)
3.2 Suggestions
a. Teacher should know about all students. Because another students are diferrent.
b. Teacher should know the best strategy to teach English in elementary level
